If items purchased with a promotional discount are returned because they are faulty, the customer will be entitled to a repair or replacement. If items purchased with a promotional discount are returned for any other reason, a credit note will be offered.

2.18 Unless otherwise stated, 'free delivery' excludes international delivery, the delivery of furniture and the delivery of any goods that may incur additional costs above and beyond our standard delivery charge.

Due to the nature of the printing process used there might be slight variations in colour between different batches of fabric and products. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website, due to the limitations of photographic and web processes we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software. Please note that the backing fabric colour may change between cushions but will always be a carefully chosen colour to compliment the design.

Delivery

We send our parcels within the UK via Royal Mail or courier for larger fabric orders. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only), delivery is normally 5-7 days but please allow up to 10 days. As we are a small business, if a product is made/printed to order please refer to the delivery dates specified in the product description. If you need your items sooner please email info@bon-maison.co.uk and we will try and get it to you as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be coming back in stock.

Overseas delivery: We can deliver our fabric and products overseas. Please email info@bon-maison.co.uk for further information on overseas postage before placing your order.

Returns

All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 20 days for a refund or exchange to BON, Jody Myerscough-Walker, Penridge Farm, Penselwood, Wincanton, Somerset. BA9 8LN. If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please email or phone if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them. Please note cut fabric cannot be returned.
